TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“ATELJE BUDOAR” d.o.o. Beograd (“Seller” in further text) will provide goods (“Products“ in further text ) or services requested by the customer (“Buyer“ in further text) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions listed below. The placing of a purchase order constitutes acceptance of said Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions take precedence over any and all terms and conditions requested by the Buyer, regardless of when these terms were provided to the Seller. The fulfillment of the Buyer’s order does not imply acceptance of any of the Buyer’s terms and conditions and cannot be used to modify or amend the Terms and Conditions.

All prices are expressed in RSD, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Written quotations are guaranteed for up to 30 days from the moment the order was placed.
- Conversion statement
‘All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site’.

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs
- Taxes and fees
All prices are exclusive of all sales, use, and excise taxes, duties, customs, tariffs, and any other similar taxes or charges of any kind imposed by any governmental authority on any amounts payable by the Buyer. The Buyer shall be responsible for all such taxes, duties, charges, excise, custom, inspection and testing fees and any other charge imposed by government authority. However, the Buyer shall not be responsible for any taxes imposed on the Seller’s income, revenues, personal or real property, or any other assets.
- Shipping and returns
Delivery dates provided by Seller are considered to be non-binding estimates. The Seller shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, or damage that occurred during transportation. The Buyer shall not return the Products without the Seller’s written consent. The Buyer is under obligation to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and inform the Seller of any shortage, damage or quality within 5 days. If the Seller is not notified of any problems the Products shall be deemed to comply with the Terms and Conditions and therefore have been irreversibly accepted by the Buyer.
All returns must be approved by the Seller. All Products accepted for return must be unaltered in form or content and placed in their original packaging.
Unqualified products shall be replaced or returned by the Seller, free of charge.
After recording the order, your order enters the processing process in which it is determined whether the requested product is available. After processing the order, a notification about the status of the order will be sent to your e-mail address.
The order processing period is usually 2-3 working days. Orders created on Fridays and weekends will be picked up by the courier service only next week. If your order contains more than one item that we cannot send from one location, we will send the order to you in several shipments, and the courier service will inform you about the delivery intervals.
Pick up the shipment
We cooperate with the courier services Post Express and FedEx.
The courier service delivers the shipment to the delivery address on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm.
During this period, please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment.
When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately by calling (+381) 65 30 30 181.
If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us.
For all orders on the territory of Serbia, the delivery cost is 250 RSD and will be stated on the invoice.
For all orders outside the territory of Serbia, the delivery price will be shown in the checkout depending on the country in which the recipient is located.
NOTE: By confirming the order, clicking on the CONFIRM ORDER button, you agree to the terms of delivery.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to test the Products and confirm that it matches the specifications before proceeding with its usage. If any problem is found after the material has been used no warranty or refund shall be issued.
Seller gives warranty that at the moment of shipment the Products will be of the specified quality. The Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Seller disclaims all warranties that may otherwise arise as a result of course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise
The only liability of the Seller is to replace of the Product without charge or to refund the purchase price upon the return of such products in accordance with Seller’s instructions. In no event shall the Seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
- Conditions of Use
Buyer shall comply with all instructions, limitations, specifications, use statements or conditions of use provided by the Seller. Additionally, the Buyer shall not resell, distribute or export the Products without a written consent of the Buyer.
The seller reserves the right to terminate the agreement upon sending a written notice in case the Buyer:
– Fails to pay any amount when due
– Does not otherwise comply with the agreement
– Becomes insolvent or commits an act of bankruptcy, declares bankruptcy, be declared bankrupt, enter into an arrangement for benefit of creditors, enter into a procedure of winding up or dissolution, or upon the expropriation, takeover or nationalization of the other party or a majority portion of its assets by governmental action.
- Protecting user privacy
On behalf of ATELJE BUDOAR doo Beograd, we are committed to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data on customers / users and data necessary for business and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user / customer data is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this data to do the job. All employees of ATELJE BUDOAR doo Beograd are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
All non-public, confidential and proprietary information disclosed by the Seller to the Buyer whether or not designated as “confidential“ is considered to be confidential and therefore must not be disclosed or used by the Buyer for its own use, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Seller.
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently state-of-the-art cryptographic technology. Thus the complete collection process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system.
- Liability and Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached the agreement for any loss, interruption, delay or error including any loss, interruption, delay or error by reason of circumstances beyond its control (which includes but is not limited to, acts of civil or military authority, national emergencies, epidemic/pandemic measures, labor difficulties, fire, equipment failure, mechanical breakdown, flood or catastrophe, acts of God, insurrection, war, terrorism, riots or failure of communication or power supply), provided, that any loss, interruption, delay or error is not caused by the willful misfeasance, bad faith or gross negligence of the Seller, its officers, employees or agents in the performance of the Seller’s duties and obligations under the agreement or from the reckless disregard by the Seller, its officers, employees or agents of the Seller’s duties or obligations under the agreement.
- COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
These terms and conditions, and any disputes arising hereunder, shall be governed by the laws of Serbia. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this Agreement. The failure of Seller to insist upon strict performance of any of these Terms will not be considered a continuing waiver of any such term or condition, or any other term or condition, or any of Seller’s rights. Any controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be settled by arbitration and principles of the good faith between contracting parties, and in case of inability to reach a mutual agreement, the law of the Republic of Serbia will be applied.
Purchaser hereby declares that in case of business relationship with hereby Seller shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances, including but not limited to those pertaining to the following: export control, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food preparations, electrical or electronic waste, introduction or production and use of chemical substances, and bribery and corruption. Purchaser shall maintain in effect all required licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and permits. Purchaser shall comply with all applicable export and import laws in its purchase of Products hereunder and assumes all responsibility for all shipments governed by such laws.
- Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocols and PKI systems, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology.
Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the complete billing process is performed on the bank’s website. At no time is payment card information available to our system..
- Refund policy
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product. The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal, and after receipt of the product. The costs of returning the goods and money are borne by the buyer, except in cases when the buyer receives a defective or incorrect item.

When you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created which will be forwarded to you with the refund procedure to the email address you left when creating the order. Refunds are made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the current account and it is not possible to send money by courier in cash.
In case of return of goods or refund to a customer who has previously made a payment with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, regardless of the reason for return, “BUDOAR ATELJE” d.o.o. is obliged to make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
The ordered item, without prior contact and agreement with the customer support operators via the call, you can not voluntarily change/request money in the retail facility B”BUDOAR ATELJE” d.o.o. or send to the addresses listed on the invoice/delivery note.
Each such package will be returned to the sender at the expense of the sender.
Items must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
- Compliant policy
If you bought the goods in an online store, when picking up the shipment, please check your package in the presence of a courier. If there is visible damage on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not pick up the package. In this case, please call us at (+381) 65 30 30 181. We will inform you as soon as possible about further action.If you have received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not match the order or the invoice data is not correct, please, no later than 24 hours from the date of receipt of the shipment, contact our customer support.
If there are non-conformities on the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please contact our customer support.

As soon as possible, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint in writing or electronically, we will respond to the complaint and inform you of further action. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 15 days from the moment of submitting it.
In the case of returning the goods to the buyer who previously paid the goods to the courier, ie. cash on delivery, the cost of returning the goods is not borne by Budoar Atelier, but the cost falls on the buyer.
